Ice-cold sophistication. Bone-dry, with subtle rye spice and a whisper of citrus on the finish.

INGREDIENTS

- 60ml TENS Vodka
- 10ml Dry Vermouth
- 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
- 1 Lemon Zest

METHOD

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and pour in your 3 ingredients.
  2. Stir for 20-25 seconds, then strain into a frozen martini glass.
  3. Twist lemon zest over the martini and drop in.
