TENS SPRING PUNCH

A bright, celebratory twist on a classic. TENS vodka, crème de cassis, fresh lemon, and sparkling wine come together for a serve that’s fresh, fruity, and refreshing. 

PROFILE

Juicy blackcurrant depth balanced by citrus and fizz. Light on its feet, made to move.

INGREDIENTS

- 35ml TENS Vodka
- 10ml Crème de Cassis
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 60ml Champagne/ Prosecco

METHOD

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with the first four ingredients.
  2. Add ice and shake vigourously for 10 seconds.
  3. Double strain using fine strainer into a chilled hiball and top with your favourite sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with seasonal berries.
